Course Description

Overview 

Deal or no deal? Why not negotiate? Develop the knowledge and attitudes required to improve your negotiation skills. This course combines case studies, hands-on group activities, and opportunities to practice comparing traditional negotiation tactics with an interest-based approach. You will also be equipped with techniques you can employ during real-life situations where your wants or needs conflict with others'. Gain the knowledge and methods you need to effectively negotiate with acquaintances, friends, family, colleagues, direct reports, and leaders.
