Description

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to transform industries, managing AI projects presents unique challenges.

This course, developed and delivered in partnership with the Vector Institute, equips project managers with the tools and methodologies needed to successfully lead AI projects, discuss bias mitigation, ethical considerations, and other common challenges that can arise. 

Using the CRISP-DM/ML framework, you will be prepared to execute a new AI project, assemble the right team, and be prepared with the right questions to support your data science team.

Details

This four-week course combines synchronous and asynchronous learning for maximum flexibility and engagement. It includes:

• Weekly live discussion sessions via zoom
• Peer discussion and networking opportunities
• Guidance from an expert instructor
• Four hours of independent work online each week (including assessments and activities).
• Attendance requirement: It is strongly recommended that participants attend live sessions, but it is not required. Live discussion sessions will be recorded and available for later viewing.
